We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Returns:
- As our products are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds:
- Refunds or replacements are available for items that arrive damaged or with a printing defect.

- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
Non-Refundable Items:
- Digital downloads and custom/personalized prints are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the file provided.
